Little public record found for this candidate.

Ed Kemon is 71 and lives in Vergennes.[4] In Vermont Public's candidate guide, where answers appear as submitted, he lists his occupation as a model-based systems engineer and also lists service as president of a Lions Club and as a Fairfax Co. election chief.[4]

In the same guide, Kemon says the law must be enforced fairly and impartially, and he names public safety as the central issue, particularly "stopping the practice of releasing repeat offenders onto the streets without meaningful penalty."[4] He also says crimes against children must be a priority and that he would prioritize enforcing consumer-protection laws against frauds and scams that target older and vulnerable Vermonters.[4]
