Biography
Troy Redler is a Republican candidate for the South Dakota House of Representatives, District 17, in the November 3, 2026 general election, after advancing from the June 2 Republican primary.[1][2] A pharmacist, he says he is the second-generation owner of Redler's LTC Pharmacy.[1][3]
Troy Redler graduated from South Sioux City High School and studied at Creighton University, where he completed his education in 2004.[1] In a 2026 Ballotpedia survey, Redler said he and his wife Sara have lived in South Dakota since 2007 and that his professional background is in healthcare and long-term care operations.[3] He said Redler's LTC Pharmacy has been family-owned and operated since 1975.[3]
In the survey, Redler said he values local communities and practical problem-solving, and named fiscal responsibility and targeted funding to do more with less as his policy interest.[3]
