Nicole King is the Democratic candidate for the Texas House of Representatives, District 3, in the November 3, 2026 general election, in which she faces Republican Kristen Plaisance; there is no incumbent in the race.[1][2] She won the March 3, 2026 Democratic primary over James Alvarado, 68.6 percent to 31.4 percent.[2]
