Martin Hyde is a candidate with no party affiliation for Florida State Senate District 22 in the November 3, 2026 general election, alongside Democrat Lew Wasserman and Republican James Buchanan.[1][2] He ran in the Republican primary for Florida's 16th Congressional District in 2022, receiving 13.8 percent against incumbent Vern Buchanan.[2]
