Biography
George 'Chip' Tangen is the Libertarian nominee for Minnesota Secretary of State. A relationship manager at Enterprise Minnesota with political science and law degrees, he is a former legislative counsel to U.S. Rep. Jim Ramstad and is campaigning on easier ballot access for candidates and minor parties.[1]
Tangen lives in Inver Grove Heights and works as a relationship manager at Enterprise Minnesota.[1] He holds a political science degree from Middlebury College and a law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School.[1]
Tangen served as legislative counsel to U.S. Rep. Jim Ramstad.[1] He has been active in the Libertarian Party for a decade.[1]
