Amy Brooks

Amy Brooks is a Democratic candidate for the Maryland House of Delegates, District 13, in the November 3, 2026 general election.[1] She topped the June 23, 2026 Democratic primary for the district's three seats.[1]

Amy Brooks also ran for the District 13 House of Delegates seat in 2022, when she was defeated in the Democratic primary.[1] In a 2022 Ballotpedia survey, she described herself as a community leader, advocate and educator who had taught in middle schools and high schools across the state for over two decades.[2] She listed education funding, a higher statewide minimum wage, reproductive justice, housing and holding industrial polluters accountable among her policy priorities.[2]
