Biography

Adam Heimerman is a non-affiliated candidate from Loudon County who says he worked in the outdoor and camera industries before returning to East Tennessee. He says the Constitution is the foundation of democracy and calls for redirecting corporate subsidies to public education and health programs. In July 2026 he was charged with four counts of felony vandalism in Blount County; the charges are allegations and he has not been reported convicted.[1][2][3]

Heimerman was born in 1988 and, according to his Candidate Connection survey, is a seventh-generation Tennessean raised in Loudon County; he graduated from Lenoir City High School in 2007.[1][2] He says he attended a photography institute in 2008 and then spent most of his adult life working around the country in the outdoor and camera industries; Ballotpedia lists his career experience as small business owner.[1][2]

WSMV reported on July 31, 2026 that Blount County authorities arrested Heimerman, 37, of Lenoir City, and charged him with four counts of felony vandalism over damage to four automated license plate reader systems.[3] Police said he admitted to investigators that he used a gun to shoot the systems between July 14 and July 22.[3]
