Landry earned a bachelor's degree in math from Stanford University and a master's degree in operations research from George Washington University.[2] She has worked as a manufacturing production scheduler and as a teacher in Boston, China, outside New York City, Bahrain and Boulder.[2] She says she has lived in Colorado and voted in every election since 1994.[1]
Landry has served as a volunteer lobbyist and has been affiliated with the League of Women Voters, including Boulder County's Voting Methods Team and Colorado's Alternative Voting Methods Task Force.[2] She says she has advocated at the state Capitol, the Title Board and Secretary of State rulemaking hearings, and that she lobbied to limit electronic ballot return to people with a print disability under Senate Bill 21-188.[1] She says she introduced Rep. Joe Neguse to the Fair Representation Act, which he has co-sponsored each session, and testified against the vacancy election provisions of House Bills 25-1315 and 25-1319.[1]
