What it does: This act creates a statewide motor vehicle registration and license plate issuance system to support all functions necessary to register motor vehicles and issue license plates. This act requires the Wyoming Department of Transportation to implement and administer the motor vehicle registration and license plate issuance system, authorizes the Department to contract with vendors to develop, implement, and provide ongoing administration of the system, and requires all county treasurers to use the system.
