Troy Talley is the Republican candidate for the Oklahoma House of Representatives, District 81, in the November 3, 2026 general election, where he faces Democrat Megan Hornbeek Allen for an open seat.[1] He won the August 25, 2026 Republican primary runoff, defeating Rusty Rains, 58.8% to 41.2%.[1]
