Tom Walton is the Democratic candidate for the Iowa House of Representatives, District 28, in the November 3, 2026 general election, where he faces incumbent Republican David Young.[1][2] Born in Cedar Falls, he holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Northern Iowa (1986) and a law degree from the University of Iowa College of Law (1989), and his listed profession is director of legal services and general counsel.[2]
