Tamara Stramel is the Democratic candidate for Washington State Senate District 31 in the November 3, 2026 general election, running against Republican incumbent Phil Fortunato.[1][2]
Stramel advanced from the August 4, 2026 nonpartisan primary in second place, with 46.0 percent of the vote to Fortunato's 53.9 percent.[2]
