Biography
Stephen Wright is a Republican candidate for the Alaska House of Representatives, District 28, in the November 3, 2026 general election.[1][2] A real estate investor and U.S. Air Force veteran, he finished second in the August 18 primary.[1][2]
Stephen Wright was born in Anchorage and has served in the U.S. Air Force.[2] He earned a degree in avionics systems technology from the Community College of the Air Force in 1997, dual bachelor's degrees in accounting and management from Park University in 1998, and a master's degree in business administration from Wayland Baptist University in 2004.[2] His listed profession is real estate investor.[2]
In the primary, Wright received 32.8 percent of the vote, behind incumbent Elexie Moore at 33.8 percent.[1]
