Biography
Sheila Dills is the Republican candidate for the Oklahoma House of Representatives, District 69, in the November 3, 2026 general election, running against Democrat Tyler Price in an open-seat race.[1][2]
Sheila Dills represented Oklahoma House District 69 from November 21, 2018, to November 23, 2022, and did not run for re-election in 2022.[1] During the 2021-2022 session she was assigned to the Appropriations and Budget Committee, the County and Municipal Government Committee and the House General Government Committee, where she was vice-chair.[1]
In a Ballotpedia survey, Dills said she has lived in her community for over 40 years, graduated from Oklahoma State University with a degree in broadcast journalism, and built a career in real estate investing and small business.[3] She said she founded the non-profit Tulsa Midnight Basketball and owns Patisserie by Sheila Anne, and that she did not seek re-election in 2022 because of the death of her husband.[3] Her stated priorities include early reading literacy, teacher workforce, economic incentives and lower regulation and taxes.[3]
