Shannon Welsh is the Democratic candidate for the West Virginia House of Delegates, District 70, in the November 3, 2026 general election.[1] She defeated Jackson Howe in the May 12, 2026 Democratic primary, and she lost the 2024 general election for the same seat to incumbent Mickey Petitto.[2]
