Shannon Dicely is the Democratic candidate for the Texas State Senate, District 11, in the November 3, 2026 general election, facing Republican Dennis Paul.[1][3]
Shannon Dicely defeated Cameron Rollwitz in the March 3, 2026 Democratic primary for District 11.[1] In a 2025 Ballotpedia survey, she listed affordability, public education and healthcare as her three key campaign messages.[2] She said she supports raising the minimum wage, raising the per-student school funding allotment and teacher pay, and expanding Medicaid.[2]
