Robert Garcia, also known as Rob, is the Democratic candidate for the West Virginia House of Delegates, District 71, in the November 3, 2026 general election.[1][2] According to Ballotpedia, he earned an associate degree in business from Fairmont State University and has worked as a lineman with Mon Power.[2] Ballotpedia lists him as losing the general election for a House of Delegates seat in 2018, 2020 and 2022, including to incumbent Laura Kimble in District 71 in 2022.[2]
