Sims said in the survey that her husband, Wade, and she are part of a blended family with five daughters and a growing group of grandchildren.[2] She said her key messages are that everyone who works full time should be able to afford the basics of life and that healthcare should be guaranteed for every Georgian and paid for responsibly.[2]
