Randa Faulkner is the Democratic candidate for the West Virginia House of Delegates, District 38, in the November 3, 2026 general election.[1][2]
Faulkner was the Democratic nominee for District 38 in 2024, when she lost to incumbent Republican Joe Ellington, 75.2% to 24.8%.[2] She advanced from the May 12, 2026 Democratic primary and faces Ellington again in the general election.[2]
