Biography
Paul Nix is a Republican running for Indiana House of Representatives District 32 in the November 3, 2026 general election against incumbent Democrat Victoria Garcia Wilburn.[1][2] An insurance agency owner, he previously sought the Republican nomination for the seat in 2022.[2]
Paul Nix was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and his career experience includes working as an insurance agency owner.[2] In the May 3, 2022 Republican primary for District 32, Nix received 479 votes (11.5%), behind Fred Glynn and Suzie Jaworowski.[2] In a 2022 Ballotpedia survey, he said he had been in the insurance business for 44 years and described himself as a conservative.[3] He named faith, family and freedom as his key messages and listed fiscal responsibility and protecting the unborn among his policy interests.[3]
