RCandidate

On the ballot Nov 3, 2026: Minnesota Senate District 39

Biography

Pam Wolf is the Republican candidate for Minnesota State Senate District 39 in the November 3, 2026 general election, running against incumbent Democrat Mary Kunesh and Green Party candidate Ngone Saliou Niang.[1] She previously served in the Minnesota State Senate, representing District 51 from 2011 to 2013.[1]

Wolf graduated from Bethel College in 1986, according to her Ballotpedia profile, which describes her as a teacher at Pines School, a golf instructor and an author.[1]

Wolf won the 2010 general election for Minnesota State Senate District 51, defeating Don Betzold (DFL), 52.56 percent to 47.31 percent.[1] During the 2011-2012 session she served on the Education, Local Government and Elections, and Transportation committees.[1] Because of redistricting, she ran in District 37 in 2012 and lost the general election to Alice Johnson (D), 46.7 percent to 53.3 percent.[1] She ran for District 39 in 2022 and lost to incumbent Mary Kunesh, 33.4 percent to 66.5 percent.[1] Her 2026 Republican primary was canceled, and she advanced to the general election without appearing on the primary ballot.[1]
