Biography
Nolan Rose is the Democratic candidate for the West Virginia House of Delegates, District 19, in the November 3, 2026 general election, after advancing from the May 12, 2026 primary.[1][2] A security officer, he said in a Ballotpedia survey that his priorities include collective bargaining rights and worker-owned businesses.[1][3]
Rose earned a high school diploma from Sissonville High School, and his career experience includes working as a security officer.[1]
In a Ballotpedia survey, Rose said he has worked in frontline roles and that he decided to run after watching wealth generated in West Virginia communities flow elsewhere.[3] He said he supports protecting and expanding collective bargaining rights, worker ownership and local reinvestment, and that he is passionate about labor rights, economic development, healthcare access and tax reform.[3]
