Biography
Noah Perry is the Republican candidate for Kansas House of Representatives District 66 in the November 3, 2026 general election, running against incumbent Democrat Sydney Carlin and Libertarian Andrew Frey.[1][3] In a Ballotpedia survey, he named child advocacy, education reform and tax relief as his main priorities.[2]
Noah Perry said in a Ballotpedia survey that he was born in rural Kansas near Pretty Prairie and helped on his grandparents' farm as a child.[2] He said he chose to attend Kansas State University in Manhattan and decided to run after noticing that the district had not had a Republican challenger in years.[2] He advanced from the Republican primary for District 66 on August 4, 2026.[1]
Perry described child advocacy, including addressing child abuse and human trafficking, as his first priority.[2] He said Kansas education needs reform, including removing unnecessary technology from grade school and middle school classrooms and emphasizing literacy and phonics.[2] He also said property taxes are too high and that he sees the district as a purple one where cross-party cooperation is a responsibility of its representative.[2]
