Biography
Nick Paul is the Democratic candidate for the New Hampshire House of Representatives, Strafford 19, in the November 3, 2026 general election.[1][2] His campaign website says he is running on property taxes, healthcare, housing and childcare.[3]
On his campaign website, Paul says he was raised by a truck driver and a teacher's aide in New Hampshire and now lives in Rochester with his wife and three children.[3] He says he has more than a decade of policy experience, including work to defeat the Northern Pass project and advocacy on anti-poverty measures and energy.[3]
Paul's website says he wants to reverse what he describes as the shifting of costs onto local property taxpayers, restore state oversight of prescription drug prices, focus housing policy on homes for working families, and lower childcare costs.[3]
