Michelle Conners is the Democratic candidate for the Maine House of Representatives, District 136, in the November 3, 2026 general election, after advancing from the June 9, 2026 Democratic primary; she is challenging incumbent Republican John Eder.[1] Ballotpedia lists her profession as librarian.[1]
Conners was born in Bethpage, New York.[1] She earned a bachelor's degree from Adelphi University in 2007, a graduate degree from Queens College in 2009 and a Ph.D. from the University of Southern Maine in 2024, and her career experience includes working as a librarian.[1]
Conners also ran for the District 136 seat in 2024, when Eder defeated her in the general election, 56.8 percent to 43.2 percent.[1]
