Michael Mathewson is the Republican candidate for Kansas House of Representatives District 58 in the November 3, 2026 general election, running against incumbent Democrat Alexis Simmons.[1][2] Mathewson also ran for the seat in 2024, when he lost to Simmons, 36.5 percent to 63.5 percent.[1]
