Mery Lopez-Palma is the Republican candidate for Florida House of Representatives District 102 in the November 3, 2026 general election, running against Democrat Michael Friend in a race with no incumbent.[1][2]
Lopez-Palma won the August 18, 2026 Republican primary with 58.1% of the vote (4,334 votes), defeating Jason Paul Smith.[1] She was also the Republican nominee for the same seat in 2024, when she lost the general election to incumbent Democrat Michael Gottlieb, 53.6% to 46.4%.[1]
