Matthew Townsend is the Democratic candidate for the Maine House of Representatives, District 67, in the November 3, 2026 general election, where he faces Republican Shawn Dixon.[1] He ran for the seat in 2024, losing to incumbent Shelley Rudnicki, 47.9 percent to 52.1 percent.[1]
