Matt Ferry is the Democratic candidate for Tennessee House of Representatives District 48 in the November 3, 2026 general election, where he faces incumbent Republican Bryan Terry.[1][2] Ballotpedia lists Ferry as the Democratic nominee against Terry in this district in 2018, 2020, 2022 and 2024 as well.[1]
Matt Ferry was born in Lebanon, Tennessee, and earned a bachelor's degree from Middle Tennessee State University.[1] He won the Democratic primary for Tennessee House District 48 in 2018, 2020, 2022 and 2024, and lost each general election to incumbent Bryan Terry.[1] Ferry advanced from the Democratic primary again on August 6, 2026.[1]
