Biography
Mark Rinne is a Republican candidate for the Wyoming State Senate, District 7, in the November 3, 2026 general election.[1][2] He has represented Ward 2 on the Cheyenne City Council since 2007, is not running for re-election to that seat in 2026, and advanced from the August 18, 2026 Republican primary for the Senate seat.[2]
