Luc Noiset, also known as Luke, is the Democratic candidate for the Georgia House of Representatives, District 36, in the November 3, 2026 general election, facing incumbent Republican Ginny Ehrhart.[1] An economist, he says in his Ballotpedia survey that he is an economics professor with 30 years of teaching experience and a U.S. Treasury economist.[1][2]
Ballotpedia lists Noiset's career experience as working as an economist.[1] In a Ballotpedia survey, he described himself as an economics professor with thirty years of experience teaching the role of government in a capitalist economy, a U.S. Treasury economist, and a government tax and budget expert who has advised foreign government finance ministries.[2] His survey's key messages criticized actions by President Donald Trump toward the press, universities, judges and elections, and urged voters to support Democrats.[2]
