Biography
Layne Rodney is the Republican candidate for Connecticut House of Representatives District 144 in the November 3, 2026 general election, against incumbent Hubert Delany (D).[1][2] He was also the Republican nominee for the seat in 2024, when Delany won with 64.5 percent of the vote to Rodney's 35.5 percent.[1]
