Biography
Kevin Helling is a Republican candidate for the Wyoming State Senate, District 27, in the November 3, 2026 general election.[1][2] A surgeon from Casper, he advanced from the August 18, 2026 Republican primary.[2]
Kevin Helling graduated from Natrona County High School.[2] In a Ballotpedia survey, he said he is a Wyoming native, surgeon and small business owner who trained at Dartmouth, Stanford and Harvard before returning to his hometown of Casper.[3]
Helling said in the survey that his key issues include making health care more accessible and affordable, protecting constitutional rights, fiscal responsibility, keeping young people in Wyoming, supporting families and protecting the unborn, protecting public lands, and keeping taxes low while providing necessary services.[3]
