Kelly Hale is the Democratic candidate for Montana State Senate District 28 in the November 3, 2026 general election, running against incumbent Republican Forrest Mandeville.[1][2] Hale advanced from the Democratic primary on June 2, 2026, receiving 1,269 votes in a race with no other candidate.[1]
