Biography
Jessica St. Clair is the Democratic candidate for the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, District 87, in the November 3, 2026 general election. A science teacher, she teaches health and science professionals at Harrisburg Area Community College and previously worked as an inspector for state agencies.[1][2][3]
Jessica St. Clair graduated from West Perry High School and earned a degree from Shippensburg University in 2008.[1] She said she is the first in her family to earn a college degree and lives in the Boiling Springs area with her two daughters.[3] St. Clair said she has inspected environmental and waste facilities for the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, examined health facilities for the Pennsylvania Department of Health, and worked in quality assurance for food and pharmaceutical products.[3]
St. Clair named affordability and economic opportunity, and public education and school safety, among her key messages.[3]
