On the ballot Nov 3, 2026: Oklahoma House District 14

Biography

Jeremiah Gantz is the Democratic candidate for Oklahoma House of Representatives District 14 in the November 3, 2026 general election, where he faces Republican incumbent Chris Sneed.[1] A U.S. Army National Guard veteran who works as a customer service representative, he says he is running on lowering costs, public education, rural health care and protecting constitutional rights.[1][2]

Gantz served in the U.S. Army National Guard from 2008 to 2019 and graduated from Daniel Webster High School.[1] He attended Tulsa Tech, Tulsa Community College and George Washington University, and his career experience includes working as a customer service representative.[1] In a Ballotpedia survey, Gantz said he grew up in Kellyville in northeast Oklahoma and spent much of his childhood in Tulsa, started working at QuikTrip at 16 and joined the Army at 18, where he served in the medical corps.[2] He said he later trained as an emergency medical technician before working in the automotive industry.[2]

Gantz's Democratic primary was canceled, and he advanced to the general election without appearing on the primary ballot.[1] In the survey, he listed three campaign messages: lowering everyday costs for working families, strengthening public schools and protecting rural hospitals and emergency medical services, and defending constitutional rights including the Second Amendment while increasing government transparency.[2]
