Biography
Jacob Cecil is the Democratic candidate for Pennsylvania State Senate District 32 in the November 3, 2026 general election.[1][2] Ballotpedia lists his career experience as working as a laborer.[2]
In a Ballotpedia survey, Cecil described himself as a 27-year-old working-class member of District 32 who is running for the State Senate while working full time at a warehouse job, including mandatory overtime.[3] He said he is running because he believes the working class deserves a say, and that people who have experienced the cost-of-living crisis in their communities should hold office.[3] Cecil advanced from the May 19, 2026 Democratic primary as a write-in candidate.[2]
