Harry Kozlowski is the Democratic candidate for the New Hampshire House of Representatives, Merrimack 27, in the November 3, 2026 general election, after advancing from the Democratic primary on September 8, 2026.[1][2]
Harry Kozlowski was a Democratic candidate for the New Hampshire House of Representatives, Merrimack 24, in 2018 and again in 2020, advancing from the Democratic primary both times; he did not win a seat in either general election.[1]
In a 2018 Ballotpedia survey, he named marijuana legalization and taxation, sports betting, and blocking school vouchers as his top three priorities.[3] He said New Hampshire needs new revenue sources given its lack of a sales or income tax and its high property taxes.[3]
