Biography
Gavin Lobmeyer is a Democratic candidate for the Wyoming House of Representatives, District 7, in the November 3, 2026 general election.[1][2] A risk manager, he advanced from the August 18, 2026 Democratic primary.[2]
Gavin Lobmeyer said in a Ballotpedia survey that he was born and raised in Wyoming and has spent his career in public service.[3] He said he is running so that young people see a future in Wyoming, and he named preserving community, honoring heritage and building for the next generation as his key messages.[3] His stated policy priorities include apprenticeships and skilled trades, lowering the cost of living, affordable housing, accessible health care, and modern infrastructure and schools.[3] He listed health care, social services, economy and labor policy, and technology as the areas of public policy he is most passionate about.[3]
