Emily Duda Buckley is the Republican candidate for the Florida House of Representatives, District 38, in the November 3, 2026 general election, against Democrat Nik Dean; there is no incumbent in the race.[1] She won the August 18, 2026 Republican primary with 56.5% of the vote over Marcus Hyatt.[1]
