David C. "Dave" Graham is the Republican nominee for Delaware Attorney General, nominated in August 2026. A U.S. Army and Delaware National Guard veteran and former certified public accountant who has worked for the Delaware Department of Finance since 2003, he is not a lawyer; the Delaware Constitution does not require the Attorney General to be one.[1][2]
