Biography
Dale Fincher is the Republican candidate for the New Hampshire House of Representatives, Carroll 7, in the November 3, 2026 general election; he defeated Dallas Emery Jr. in the September 8 Republican primary.[1][2]
Fincher was also the Republican nominee in the special election for Carroll 7 earlier in 2026, winning the January 20 Republican primary as a write-in candidate.[2] Bobbi Boudman, a Democrat, defeated him in the special general election on March 10, 2026, by 2,207 votes to 2,042.[2]
