Cliff Winkel is the Republican candidate for Ohio House of Representatives District 52 in the November 3, 2026 general election, running against Democrat Mike Baker.[1][2] Winkel owns Wink Electric.[1]
Cliff Winkel was placed on the general election ballot for District 52 after Nathan Manning, the winner of the Republican primary, withdrew following his appointment to the Ohio Ninth District Court of Appeals effective August 3, 2026.[2] Ballotpedia describes Winkel as the owner of Wink Electric.[1] Winkel has not completed Ballotpedia's 2026 Candidate Connection survey.[2]
