CeCe Harlin is the Republican candidate for Kansas House of Representatives District 34 in the November 3, 2026 general election, running against incumbent Valdenia Winn (D).[1][2] In a Ballotpedia survey, she described herself as a lifelong Kansas City, Kansas, resident, medical professional and small business owner.[3]
Harlin graduated from Schlagle High School and lists her profession on Ballotpedia as community advocate; she advanced from the Republican primary on August 4, 2026.[1] In a Ballotpedia survey, she said she has more than 45 years of roots in Kansas City, Kansas, and is a caregiver and advocate as well as a medical professional and small business owner.[3]
