Anthony Constantino

Anthony Constantino is the founder and CEO of Sticker Mule, a printing and technology company based in Amsterdam, New York, and the Republican nominee for the open 21st District seat. A first-time candidate, he won the June 2026 primary over Assemblyman Robert Smullen with President Trump's endorsement. He describes his campaign as self-funded and centered on immigration enforcement, healthcare costs and government spending.[1][2][3][4]

Constantino founded Sticker Mule in Amsterdam in 2010, and WAMC reports it is now an international company employing more than 1,000 people. He also emailed Sticker Mule customers urging support for Trump, and says the email cost the company revenue.[3]

Constantino is seeking a seat that opened when Rep. Elise Stefanik announced in December that she would not seek another term. President Trump endorsed him in April 2026, and WAMC reported he was the only Republican in the primary with that endorsement; the station had described him as a political outsider facing the establishment-backed Assemblyman Robert Smullen.[3][5] He defeated Smullen in the June 23, 2026 Republican primary, 59.2% to 40.3%.
