Andrew Server is a Republican candidate for the Wyoming House of Representatives, District 61, in the November 3, 2026 general election.[1][2] A high school teacher, he advanced from the August 18, 2026 Republican primary, in which he defeated Seth Bard.[2]
Andrew Server graduated from Chaparral High School and earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Wyoming in 2016 and an additional certification there in 2018.[2] In a Ballotpedia survey, he said he grew up in Parker, Colorado, earned a degree in political science, and later returned to the University of Wyoming for a degree in secondary education to teach social studies.[3] He said he works as a high school teacher and, in the summer, as a roadway construction inspector and materials technician, and that his family moved to Cheyenne in 2023.[3]
Server said in the survey that his campaign messages center on individual freedom and a business-friendly state, including school choice, secure property rights and lean taxes.[3] He also said Wyoming should clarify local codes and agreements with businesses, such as data center developers, to protect residents from water overuse, waste contamination and eminent domain concerns.[3]
