Biography
Amanda Cochrane is the Democratic candidate for the Vermont House of Representatives, Caledonia-Essex District (2 seats), in the November 3, 2026 general election, after advancing from the August 11 Democratic primary.[1][2] She was the Democratic nominee for the Vermont State Senate in Caledonia District in 2024.[2]
Amanda Cochrane won the Democratic primary for the Vermont State Senate Caledonia District on August 13, 2024, defeating Shawn Hallisey.[2] In the November 5, 2024 general election she received 41.6 percent of the vote and lost to Republican Scott Beck.[2]
