After graduating, Hale returned to Houston to work in financial services and energy, and his campaign website lists him as an Energy and Chemicals Consultant at Alvarez & Marsal.[2][3] He advanced from the March 3, 2026 Republican primary with 45.3% of the vote and won the May 26, 2026 runoff over Tina Blum Cohen, 64.3% to 35.7%.[3] Hale describes himself as a devout Christian, says he lives in the Heights neighborhood of Houston, and says he serves at his church.[2]
