Biography
Alex Pereszlenyi is the Democratic candidate for Nevada State Assembly District 29, an open seat, in the November 3, 2026 general election, facing Republican Joe Ludwig.[1] A data analyst and software developer, he won the June 9, 2026 Democratic primary with 38.0 percent of the vote over Ashley Delobel and Brad Combs.[1]
Pereszlenyi earned a high school diploma from Green Valley High School and a bachelor's degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.[1] His career experience includes working as a data analyst and software developer.[1]
Pereszlenyi was also listed among the withdrawn or disqualified candidates in the 2026 Democratic primary for U.S. House Nevada District 1.[1]
