John Ricottone is the Republican, Conservative and Stop Mamdani Party nominee challenging incumbent William Colton. He is a retired NYPD officer and president of Community Education Council District 20 whose campaign centers on public safety, affordability and education.[8][9]

- Public safety, including repealing New York's bail reform law so that people he describes as violent repeat offenders are kept in jail.[9]
